NC ..... 1 year ───────────────────────────── 1.0 APPLICATION PROCESS ───────────────────────────── Applicants are to visit the Kwekwe Polytechnic website www.gokwe.kwepoly.ac.zw and make an online application. Applicants will be considered on a "first come first serve" basis. Those facing challenges in making the online application can "walk-in" to the Kwekwe Polytechnic Gokwe Campus for assistance. The application process will be open from the date of release of this advert until the start of the semester in February 2027. ───────────────────────────── 2.0 MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS ───────────────────────────── Engineering & Applied Sciences Division • For all National Certificate (NC) Courses: 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics, English Language and a relevant Science subject (NB: Biology is not considered in Engineering courses). • For National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND), applicants must possess the relevant NC and ND respectively. • For NC in IT, applicants must possess 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English Language. NB: Females are encouraged to apply. Commerce Division • For Business Studies (NC) (Accountancy, Banking & Finance), applicants must possess 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English Language. • For all courses in the Management Department (NC), applicants must possess 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language. • For National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND), applicants must possess the relevant NC and ND respectively. Applied Arts • For National Certificate in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy, applicants must possess 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language and a Science subject. • For National Certificate in Fashion, Clothing & Textile and Tourism & Hospitality, applicants must possess 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language. • For Diploma in Trainer Qualification in Education, applicants must possess a Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree qualification. Single Modules at all NC Level Courses • Applicants without 5 Ordinary Levels can qualify for selected single modules (applicants may consult the Admissions Office). NB: NFC pass is equivalent to an Ordinary Level pass. ───────────────────────────── 3.0 REQUIREMENTS ───────────────────────────── • Applicants must have soft copies / images of birth certificate, National ID and academic certificates ready to be uploaded during the online application process. ───────────────────────────── 4.0 HANDLING FEE ───────────────────────────── • All applicants shall be required to pay a non-refundable handling fee of USD$10 or ZWG equivalent online using available options or through the bank.
